Somebody in Round 7, Pick 10 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Chiefs sat still while Charles Grant, the No. 94 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium.

Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
