The rest of the league will want that one back. Jordan Whittington tumbling to the Bengals in pick 254 is a gift they did not have to think twice about. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B+.

If Reed pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast.

Leaving cornerback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.
