The phones sank the Bengals this weekend: D-.

The Bengals torched the value chart for Jack Westover, taking him 97 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted. The process wobbled, and the D- is where it lands.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Getting Gore Jr. where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and quarterback is still a hole.
