The Browns did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Devin Neal fell into No. 194. It holds up to a second look, which is why it earns the A-.

Reaching for Milroe left real value on the table behind him. That cornerback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

Add it up and few war rooms did better this weekend, Shemar Stewart and all.
