They will call it conviction in the building and a reach everywhere else: Easton Dean, 136 picks early at the Round 7 slot. Good, not great, and the B+ says as much.

Jayden Daniels gives the offense a face and a plan, and the grade leans heavily on whether he hits. The phones were where this weekend was really won.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. The Adams pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
