Larceny in Round 2, Pick 25 lands the Colts a B+, Mitchell and all.

Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Adonai Mitchell got past him. The Colts do not have to explain a thing at the 57th overall pick. Good, not great, and the B+ says as much.

It is not that Stover is a bad player; it is that the Colts had louder needs to answer first. They will need Zinter to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

The dealing nudged the ledger their way without much fuss.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
