Wiley should have been long gone. The Colts pounced, and earned a D-.

Somebody took the Colts to the cleaners. The deals they made bled real value, and the whole class wears it. Too much went sideways, and the D- is the honest tally.

Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The Raym pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. That Wiley pick is the receipt they will wave around later.

They went 7 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

In short, the board sent warnings, and they will be hoping it was wrong.
