The steal of the weekend belongs to the Commanders and Simon: B-.

You build a draft on nights like this. Cody Simon had no business being available in the 164th overall pick, and the Commanders did the only sane thing and turned in the card.

For all the activity, tight end went untouched, which is hard to explain. Every board in the league had TeSlaa lower, and that gap is the story.

They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
