The Commanders clearly saw something nobody else did in Collin Oliver, taking him 113 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. A near-flawless weekend of work, and a A- to cap it.

They banked enough surplus on Belton to cover a lot of smaller sins. The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through wide receiver.
