Morgan should have been long gone. The Cowboys pounced, and earned a B+.

You build a draft on nights like this. Jordan Morgan had no business being available in the Round 2 slot, and the Cowboys did the only sane thing and turned in the card. A dependable weekend that grades out a B+.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The Cohen reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade.

The Vita Vea deal gives the class an established piece to lean on.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.
