The 49ers let Williams fall into their laps, and walked away with a B.

The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The 49ers watched Kyle Williams slide 48 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

They are betting Lampkin proves the room right and everyone else wrong. A whole weekend of picks and quarterback is somehow still a want. They squeezed a little extra out of every move they made.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.
