Larceny in the 38th overall pick lands the Patriots a B+, Warren and all.

The trade table was a mismatch, and the Patriots were on the right end of it, hauling in a fortune in surplus value. It nets out to a B+, which feels about right.

That Warren pick is the receipt they will wave around later. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. Baron has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

DaRon Bland gives the group a proven body among the projects.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
