When a board-topper like DJ Giddens slides to Round 7, Pick 26, you do not overthink it, and the Giants did not. For now it grades a C-, with the swing picks left to settle the rest.

Jaxson Dart gives the offense a face and a plan, and the grade leans heavily on whether he hits. They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. It is a bet on later, and a defensible one for a team playing the long game.
