The Browns cashed the board's mistake on Carter: C. Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Barrett Carter got past him. The Browns do not have to explain a thing at slot 164. It washes out to a C, no better and no worse.
They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. The West reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want.
In the end, a coin-flip class: fine today, with a wide range of outcomes ahead.
