Start where it matters. The Bears took Caleb Williams to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one.

The running back hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Every board in the league had Davis lower, and that gap is the story. The trade work was a quiet net positive.

They left with edge rusher solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the running back spot they never got to.
