If confidence were a draft strategy, the Seahawks would have aced it. Nazir Stackhouse at the 124th overall pick is 70 spots clear of where he belonged. Put together, it is a D-.

The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. Jaxson Dart is the bet, and the class will be judged on how it pays off.

They punted on linebacker, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The Hancock pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, linebacker very much included.
