If confidence were a draft strategy, the Seahawks would have aced it. Barryn Sorrell at No. 187 is 127 spots clear of where he belonged. Too much went sideways, and the D- is the honest tally.

Moore at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The trade table is where this weekend went wrong. The whole projection now runs through Jaxson Dart; hit there and everything else looks smarter.

The linebacker hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and linebacker is still a hole.
