There was a run on nobody at that position, and the Seahawks started one anyway for Barryn Sorrell, 138 picks ahead of schedule. It lands right in the middle: a C, no more, no less.

Whatever Jaxson Dart becomes, the front office has tied its fortunes to the answer. Getting Felton where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. The linebacker hole is the one line item this class does not answer.
