The tape said wait; the Browns did not. Kevin Jennings went at Round 4, Pick 29, a good 137 picks before the board was ready. A mixed bag that lands at C+.

Landing Emmanwori that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back.
