The search is over. The Patriots handed the keys to Drake Maye, and the whole operation now runs on his development. Add it all up and it grades out a clean A-.

The Hopper pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck.

Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The Tyjae Spears deal gives the class an established piece to lean on.

A strong weekend's work, and a rare one to find this little fault with.
