The phones sank the Eagles this weekend: D. There was a run on nobody at that position, and the Eagles started one anyway for Eric Watts, 58 picks ahead of schedule.
The trade table is where this weekend went wrong. With interior defensive lineman, quarterback and other spots unsolved, spending premium capital on linebacker is the choice that costs them.
For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain. On value alone, Pritchett makes the weekend a net positive.
Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and interior defensive lineman is still a hole.
