The Seahawks won the night they stopped Campbell from sliding. Grade: B.

Somebody in pick 212 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Seahawks sat still while Jihaad Campbell, the No. 40 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

For all the activity, wide receiver went untouched, which is hard to explain. Edge rusher was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom. Their trades came out a wash either way.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
