McCoy should have been long gone. The Lions pounced, and earned a B+. The real work happened on the phones. The Lions fleeced their trade partners, turning their picks into a noticeably bigger pile than they started with. Good, not great, and the B+ says as much.
However the rest shakes out, McCoy at that price is a win they earned. The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer.
They are betting Frazier proves the room right and everyone else wrong.
A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
