The Lions let Mims fall into their laps, and walked away with a B+.

The rest of the league will want that one back. Amarius Mims tumbling to the Lions in Round 2, Pick 30 is a gift they did not have to think twice about. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B+.

Every board in the league had Lindberg lower, and that gap is the story. Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.

No drama and no debate, Ruke Orhorhoro went about where he belonged in No. 73. It adds depth where they could use a little.
