The Broncos spent the pick that matters most on J.J. McCarthy, and a roster that has been waiting on a passer can start to take shape.

Reaching for Raym left real value on the table behind him. The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend.

They will answer for taking cornerback early while linebacker and interior defensive lineman went begging. The linebacker hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but linebacker.
