Call it belief, call it a gut call, but Blake Watson at slot 174 is 111 spots clear of consensus, and that is the headline.

That is an offensive lineman worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
