The 49ers let Tuten fall into their laps, and walked away with a B-.

Somebody in the 188th overall pick was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The 49ers sat still while Bhayshul Tuten, the No. 151 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. A dependable weekend that grades out a B-.

The cost of the Parr reach is exactly the players who went right after him. That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. They went 6 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

The offense got the lion's share of the attention.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
