There is reaching, and then there is Julien Simon at pick 211. The Ravens jumped the board by 252 and dared it to prove them wrong. A mixed bag that lands at C+.

On value alone, Carter makes the weekend a net positive. A whole weekend of picks and wide receiver is somehow still a want. On the needs board they went 5 of 8, with cornerback the one that mattered most.
