A sensible, unshowy class lands the Packers a B.

When a board-topper like Jared Verse slides to pick 41, you do not overthink it, and the Packers did not.

Allen has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with edge rusher chief among the fixes. Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
