The Packers land in the muddy middle: C+.

The Packers torched the value chart for Tanor Bortolini, taking him 63 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted. The good and the questionable cancel out to a C+.

The Gray pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with quarterback, wide receiver and other spots still on the board. Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

On value alone, Melton makes the weekend a net positive. On the needs board they went 5 of 8, with edge rusher the one that mattered most.

If Troy Fautanu and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
