Call it larceny. Javon Foster sat on the board until the 208th overall pick, and the Raiders did not need to be asked twice. The bottom line is a respectable B.

So much rides on J.J. McCarthy that the rest of the class almost grades on a curve behind him. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up.

The Bailey pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
