You could see the war room lean forward. Elic Ayomanor at No. 99 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did.

If Milroe pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
