The Tagovailoa reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. It is not that Smith is a bad player; it is that the Lions had louder needs to answer first. On value alone, Hart makes the weekend a net positive.

That safety hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.
