The Ravens bled value on every deal, hence the D-. Some picks age like wine; Phillip Webb at the Round 7 slot will need to, sitting 93 spots clear of his grade. It grades a D-, and the process earned it.
The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. The Ravens indulged a want in Simon while a need in tight end stayed open. They will regret leaving tight end for another day if the season turns on it.
The Pierce pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. The bill for those future picks comes due whether the class hits or not.
