Restrepo should have been long gone. The Panthers pounced, and earned a B+.

The Panthers did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Xavier Restrepo fell into slot 140. They moved the roster forward and banked a B+ for it.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through linebacker. Derek Stingley Jr. gives the group a proven body among the projects.

Good work on the whole, with linebacker the one box left unchecked.
