Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Cowboys spent pick 211 on Barryn Sorrell, a name the board had a full 117 spots lower. Too much went sideways, and the D+ is the honest tally.

If one pick saves this weekend, it is Skattebo. Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. The whole projection now runs through Cam Ward; hit there and everything else looks smarter.

It is a steep hill from here, and the grade knows it.
