Good, not great, for the Rams: B-. The Carson Steele pick is the one that will follow the Rams into the fall. They took him 87 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so.
It is not that Jackson is a bad player; it is that the Rams had louder needs to answer first. They banked enough surplus on Wease to cover a lot of smaller sins.
The interior defensive lineman spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.
