The Bears checked most of the boxes and earned a B-.

The Bears looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took Thor Griffith at the 148th overall pick regardless, 31 picks early. It nets out to a B-, which feels about right.

For all the activity, running back went untouched, which is hard to explain. The Grant pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with edge rusher chief among the fixes. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but running back.
