The Eagles checked most of the boxes and earned a B-.

There is reaching, and then there is Trevor Etienne at slot 174. The Eagles jumped the board by 123 and dared it to prove them wrong. More right than wrong, and a B- to match.

That Leonard pick is the receipt they will wave around later. That cornerback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Edge rusher was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Trading back for volume was the quiet throughline of their weekend.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but cornerback.
