Best value of the weekend goes to the Steelers for Bassa: A-.

Somebody in the Round 7 slot was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Steelers sat still while Jeffrey Bassa, the No. 118 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium.

They will need Griffith to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up.

Darius Slayton gives the group a proven body among the projects. The future picks help the war chest more than the win-now roster.

Add it up and this is about as clean as a draft weekend gets.
