Mims should have been long gone. The Bengals pounced, and earned a B.

You build a draft on nights like this. Amarius Mims had no business being available in the 49th overall pick, and the Bengals did the only sane thing and turned in the card. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped linebacker, which is a strange place to end up. If Van Pran pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. They left with cornerback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.
