The steal of the weekend belongs to the Falcons and Cowing: D.

You can hear the double-takes from here. The Falcons took Jordan Jefferson at Round 5, Pick 7, roughly 40 spots before his name belonged. A D that will need time and luck to look better.

They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. However the rest shakes out, Cowing at that price is a win they earned.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through running back.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and running back is still a hole.
