The one they had to fix is still broken. The Cardinals left quarterback untouched, and that omission hangs over an otherwise reasonable haul. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

On the needs board they went 2 of 8, with wide receiver the one that mattered most. They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
