A costly weekend of dealing drags the Saints to a D. It is the swing that defines the weekend: Brian Ugwu in the Round 7 slot, a good 166 spots before the room expected him. It grades a D, and the process earned it.
Landing King that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. The Simon pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at quarterback.
A whole weekend of picks and quarterback is somehow still a want.
