The 49ers bled value on every deal, hence the D-.

The trade table was where it all came apart. The 49ers shipped out far more than they hauled back, and no amount of spin dresses up the bill. Hard to defend, and the D- reflects that.

Lawrence has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. The running back hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

On value alone, Demmings makes the weekend a net positive.

Bottom line, they will be counting on several picks to beat their grades.

In slot 27 they get a seam-stretching tight end, outstanding value to boot. A real need, handled.
