Reed should have been long gone. The Seahawks pounced, and earned a B.

The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Seahawks watched Jaylen Reed slide 48 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. No fireworks, but a solid B.

Jackson has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. The roster is better shaped than it was, with edge rusher chief among the fixes.

They chose more darts over a bigger single swing.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
