You could see the war room lean forward. Jalen Milroe at slot 136 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.

The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. They are betting Davis proves the room right and everyone else wrong. On the needs board they went 6 of 8, with wide receiver the one that mattered most.

The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
