The Broncos won the weekend at the trade table. Grade: B. You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Broncos did exactly that with Kaimon Rucker in pick 201.
Getting Presley where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. The phones were where this weekend was really won. Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.
The Broncos paired the rookies with proven help, Tee Higgins leading the way.
Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
