The search is over. The Bears handed the keys to J.J. McCarthy, and the whole operation now runs on his development. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

The cost of the Zinter reach is exactly the players who went right after him. They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own.

Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but interior defensive lineman.
