The phones sank the Saints this weekend: D-.

Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Saints spent Round 6, Pick 25 on Eyabi Okie-Anoma, a name most had 150 spots down the list. The board pushed back all weekend, and the D- is the result.

The trade table is where this weekend went wrong. For all the activity, wide receiver went untouched, which is hard to explain. They left with edge rusher solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even.
